2 Unlimited is a dance act that was founded in 1991 by Belgian producers Phil Wilde and Jean-Paul Decoster.
The two were looking to form a group that will perform some of their songs and thus formed the band 2 Unlimited. Before joining the band, Ray Slijngaard had been a chef and Anita Doth was a meter maid.
The band broke up in 1996 as Ray Slijngaard decided to manage his own X-Ray Records label. Anita Doth decided to go into TV and radio talk shows.
During their music career, 2 Unlimited achieved worldwide recognition and had 16 chart hits, including the songs "No Limit", "Get Ready for This", "Tribal Dance" and "Twilight Zone". Overall, the band have sold 18 million records all over the world.
The band got back together for a year in 1998 and then again in 2012 to this day, so you can purchase tickets to their concerts and enjoy them live.
