Seal (real name: Henry Olusegun Adeola Samuel) is an English singer and songwriter. He is known for hit songs like "Kiss from a Rose", "Killer", "Crazy" and more.

Our interesting fact of the day is about the song "Crazy". It was inspired by the crazy events of 1989-1990, in particular the fall of the Berlin wall. The lyrics in the song - "And through a fractal on a breaking wall, I see you my friend, and touch your face again" appears to refer to the Berlin wall coming down. Seal wrote the lyrics to the song "Crazy" and his producer arranged the music.

Seal has won several awards throughout his music career, among them are three Brit Awards, four Grammy Awards and an MTV Video Music AwardAs a songwriter, he also received two Ivor Novello Awards for Best Song Musically and Lyrically from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers, and Authors.
