Did You Know? Beyonce Has Applied for Trademark Protection for Her Baby's Name Blue Ivy
February 11, 2014Beyonce's baby Blue Ivy became instantly famous just for being the baby of Beyonce and Jay-z but also because of her unusual and unique name. If that wasn't enough, Beyonce and Jay-z also decided to file an application with the US Patent and Trademark office in order to protect their baby's name and have the right alone to her name - Blue Ivy.
As ridiculous as this decision by Beyonce and Jay-z sounds, it appears that the USPTO has already denied in the past 2 other applications for the name of Blue Ivy to be protected.
Weird or legit? Unusual for sure…
