The current touring line-up of the band also includes former member Sarah Neufeld, percussionist Tiwill Duprate and saxophonist Stuart Bogie.
Arcade Fire were named after a story that Win Butler was told about an arcade being set alight in Exeter, Canada.

During live shows and events, band members sometimes climb around the stage using parts of the set and venue as instruments.
Arcade Fire has been described as indie rock, art rock, dance-rock, and baroque pop. All of their studio albums have received nominations for Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammy Awards, and to this day, the band had won once with their album The Suburbs for Album of The Year.
